Coordinate proficiency testing in district of 23,000 students. Provide and lead professional development trainings for world language teachers. Promote and award the Seal of Biliteracy. Observe and evaluate teachers. Develop and evaluate universal curriculum to be used district-wide. Grow a team of teacher leaders. Write RFPs and finalize contracts with vendors. Teach Spanish to all students in grades PreK-5th. Developed the school's Spanish curriculum based on ACTFL standards. Created an "Extravaganza de Español" to showcase student learning.
